๐Driver Guide
A driver is the person who drives the bus. This guide shows you, one little step at a time, how to see the trips you must drive and how to drive them. You do not install anything โ you only need a phone or a computer with internet.
1. Signing in
Signing in means telling the website who you are, so it shows you YOUR trips.
- 1
Open your internet app (like Chrome). Type the website address, add /login at the end, and press Enter.
- 2
Type the email your manager gave you. An email looks like name@company.com.
- 3
Type your password โ a secret word only you know. Ask your manager if you don't have one.
- 4
Press the big 'Sign in' button.
- 5
If it worked, you land on a page called 'Today's schedule'. You are signed in!
2. Seeing your trips for today
This is the first page you see. It shows the bus trips you must drive today.
- 1
The page lists every trip for today, with the earliest one at the top.
- 2
Each trip sits inside a 'card' โ a little box showing the trip name, the bus, and the seats.
- 3
Scroll down to see 'Upcoming' trips for the next days.
- 4
If a red message shows at the top, one of your papers has run out โ tell your manager.
- 5
Tap any trip card to open it.
3. Driving a trip
When you open a trip, the website shows exactly where to go and when.
- 1
You see all the stops in order. A 'stop' is a place where the bus picks up or drops off people.
- 2
Next to each stop is the time you should be there โ the website works it out for you.
- 3
Each stop has an 'Open in Google Maps' button. Tap it for the roads to drive there.
- 4
When the whole trip is finished, tap the green 'โ Mark as done' button.
4. Looking at your past trips
Sometimes you want to check a trip you already did. This page keeps all of them.
- 1
Open the 'Trip history' page. It lists every trip you have ever been given.
- 2
Use the small buttons at the top to show only some trips โ like only finished ones.
- 3
Tap any trip in the list to open it and read its details again.
5. Your profile
Your profile is your own page with your name and details on it.
- 1
Open 'My profile'. Your name, phone, licence and bus are set by your manager.
- 2
You CAN add a photo of yourself โ tap the photo area and choose a picture.
- 3
You can also write private notes that only you can see.
6. Notifications (messages)
Notifications are messages your managers send you.
- 1
Open 'Notifications' to read messages, like 'please come early tomorrow'.
- 2
Each message shows a title and the time it was sent. Old messages stay in the list.
