Terms of Service

By using iQ Transport, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

iQ Transport provides organizations and their vendors with tools to plan routes, schedule trips, manage drivers and vehicles, accept seat bookings from employees, send notifications, and review an audit log of operational actions. The platform is delivered through a website and an Android app.

Accounts are provisioned by an administrator on behalf of your organization. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials confidential, for all activity that occurs under your account, and for notifying your administrator promptly of any unauthorized use.

You agree to use iQ Transport only for lawful purposes and in line with the role assigned to your account. You will not attempt to access data outside your role's scope, interfere with the platform's operation, attempt to reverse-engineer the platform or extract data in bulk, upload malicious content, or harass other users.

You retain ownership of content you or your organization uploads — for example, driver photos, vehicle photos, and document scans. By uploading content you grant NA Smart Solutions a non-exclusive licence to host, store, and display that content solely for the purpose of operating the platform for your organization.

You confirm that you have the right to upload any content you provide, and that the content does not infringe any third party's rights.

iQ Transport, including its code, design, and branding, is the property of NA Smart Solutions. These terms do not grant you any rights in the platform beyond the right to use it as intended.

The platform is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We make commercially reasonable efforts to keep it running, but service interruptions, maintenance windows, and feature changes can occur.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, NA Smart Solutions will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability under these terms will not exceed the amount you have actually paid us, if any, for the service.

Your organization's administrator may suspend or remove your account at any time. We may also suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms or applicable law. On termination, your access to the platform ends; data is retained or deleted in line with the privacy policy.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the platform after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
